Finale ITALIAN CHEESE AWARDS – October 13, 2018

The finale of the Italian Cheese Awards 2018 was held on Saturday, October 13th, during which our Burrata won as best cheese in its category. The final was held at the FICO Eataly World Bologna Congress Center and was presented by Alberto Marcomini, Luca Olivan from Guru del Gusto and Eataly’s founder Oscar Farinetti. The prize was collected by Francesco d’Ambruoso.

Forme, Bergamo European Cheese Capital of 2017

From the 20th to the 22nd of October, the streets and main places of interest of Bergamo hosted the second edition of “Forme, Bergamo European Cheese Capital”, the event dedicated to the art of wine with conferences, exhibitions and events open to the public to the workmen, to know and taste the main Italian and international specialties.

The 2017 edition of Forme was born in the wake of the success of the homonymous project developed at Expo Milano 2015 in Bergamo Experience, and aims to affirm the centrality and primacy of Bergamo’s territory in the European dairy market.
