- 8 thin slices of pork capocollo
- 8 small burrata by Artigiana
- Breadcrumbs
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil

Place a burrata on each slice of capocollo. 
- 
Roll up each slice, then coat in breadcrumbs mixed with finely chopped rosemary.

Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, season with salt and drizzle with olive oil.
