Export Account Manager

To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for an Export Account Manager to join our International Sales Department. The selected candidate will independently manage the assigned client portfolio and contribute to the commercial development of foreign markets, working in close coordination with internal company departments.

Main responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the assigned international client portfolio.
  • Weekly monitoring of account performance and sales results.
  • Sales data analysis, preparation of periodic reports, and KPI monitoring.
  • Order entry and management through the B2B portal and the company ERP system (Essenzia).
  • Verification and monitoring of weekly shipments, coordinating operationally with the production facility, carriers, and destination logistics platforms.
  • Territorial development activities and scouting for new business opportunities.
  • Customer credit control in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Planning sales activities and continuously updating the company CRM (Monday.com).
  • Management and organization of export documentation (health certificates, certificates of origin, customs documentation, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in similar roles, preferably in structured export or sales environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level).
  • Knowledge of a second language is considered a plus (French preferred).
  • Strong analytical and logical-numerical skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities effectively.

Working Mode:

  • Role mainly based on-site, with availability for travel, including international trips.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday.
