SUPER-FRESH! The tasting of 100 cheeses of the ITALIAN CHEESE AWARDS Award will be held at FORMAGGIO IN VILLA S. Maria di Sala VE in the Hall of Villa Farsetti - 1st floor. The public will also be able to taste and vote for their favourite cheese.
On thursday 25th April '19 from 14.00 to 20.00 will take place the tasting for following categories: Super-fresh, Fresh, Soft cheese, Pasta filata, Aged pasta filata, while Saturday 27th April '19 from 11.00 to 17.00 will take place the tasting for following categories: Semi-aged, Aged, Aged Over 24 months, Blue and Flavoured.
