Smoked Tris includes three different kind of dry “pasta filata” cheeses: sticks, 30g “scamorze”, and “schiacciatine”. The paste is compact, elastic, pale yellow colour, obtained through a smoking procedure with the beech woods. The taste is slightly sapid with a delicate and pleasant flavour.
